I am very excited to announce that Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. has been acquired by Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: GISX) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Xerox Corporation.

Over the past 25+ plus years Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. (previously known as Wolco Business Systems, Inc.) has enjoyed an incredible amount of success providing state of the art office equipment and solutions to the business community in Central and Northern California. Our success was largely due to a strong team of employees at all levels, a great partnership with Toshiba, and the continued loyalty of our valued customers. During these 25 years we experienced a tremendous amount of growth; were blessed with multiple national awards and consistently recognized as a leader within our industry. I am VERY proud of what Zoom and its team members have accomplished!

It's that success that caught the attention of Global Imaging Solutions, Inc. Global has also experienced incredible success acquiring strong dealers focused on excellent customer service in key markets and has allowed those dealerships to continue as independent operators with the same leadership and business philosophy that made those businesses successful in the first place. It is truly a unique business model in our industry.

Celebrating 15 years of making an impact, the annual 2011 Komen Race for the Cure was an amazing celebration. With over 22,000 people participants, raising over $2 million for breast cancer research and local screening, the Race for the Cure was a huge success. Employees from Zoom's Roseville office joined in for their 5th consecutive year as part of Zoom's "Zoom for the Cure" team.

Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. was a major sponsor in this past weekend's "2011 All-in for Arden Arcade Rotary Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament." The tournament was hosted by the Aerospace Museum of California and benefited the Arden Arcade Rotary Foundation. Special thanks to Capitol Casino as well for donating their time, tables and dealers. It was a fantastic event, with a wonderful group of people, for a great cause! Great job Arden Arcade Rotary Club!

The Petersen Cup, hosted at Timber Creek Golf Course in Roseville, is an event to honor the memory of Sam Petersen and his involvement in two favorite Organizations – Rotary International and The Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento.

On March 11, 2010, Zoom "reopened" its doors at our new location for our Corporate Headquarters Grand Opening & Technology Expo! The attendance was great, food was wonderful and the Kings players, Slamson and the Royal Court Dancers were a huge hit! You can even check out our new Zoom TV commercials (playing on our main page) recorded in the "Customer Testimonial Booth". After such a successful event we've finally settled into our new home. Now it's back to business!
